Give the user the resupply skill for a duration of 10 minutes. Consume variable amount of adrenaline (between 101 and 301). The amount of resupply level (between 2 and 4) depend on how much adrenaline is used with it. This artifact  also have a 20% of chance of breaking.

Detail:

100 Adrenaline = Resupply level 2

200 Adrenaline = Resupply level 3

300 Adrenaline = Resupply level 4

400 Adrenaline = Resupply level 5

Note:

This artifact can only be use if the user DO NOT HAVE the Resupply skill. (best for Medics)
