This weapon type is very powerful. It does great amounts of damage with a chance to instantly kill a target that it hits.

NOTE:

- The Vorpal Modifier can only be applied to the following weapons: Shield Gun, Shock Rifle, AMRiL, Lightning Gun or Sniper Rifle.

- When a monster is insta-killed with a vorpal, ony 1 experience point is earned.

- Using a Double Magic Modifier on a Vorpal weapon (+12 and over) also give the player a 0 score value upon insta-kills.

* A current bug make it so that using a doubled vorpal (+12 and over) while running the Globe of Invulnerability give a -1 score only by insta-killing a Titan (any species) monster.

10% more damage per plus

A minimum modifier level Vorpal weapon has a 1% chance of triggering the instant kill effect. Each plus adds 1% chance to instagib (Vorpal Shock Rifle +10 has 5% chance to instagib). You'll know when it instagibs, it'll make neat noises. Be careful, you can instagib yourself if you shoot it and it reflects back at you (because of a wall, a shield, etc.)
